I’ve already signed up. When will I receive my Welcome Postcard?

You can expect your Welcome Postcard of A FREE $10.00 Off Your Next Visit to arrive in 3-5 weeks from the date you signed up. Please keep your eye out for a large, full color postcard that will arrive at the address you provided on your enrollment form. If 5 weeks have passed from the date you signed up and you still haven’t received your Welcome Postcard, please click here to send us an inquiry on your account.

How do I check my points balance and account activity?

You can check your points balance online by logging into your account at www.MyOwnRewards.com. Your username is your 16-digit card number (with no spaces or dashes), and your password is your last name in lowercase.

OR Download our Free Smartphone App (search ‘Royalty Rewards’ in the App Store), add your Membership Number to the ‘Account’ tab, and access your account anytime, anywhere!

I've moved. How do I update my address?

You can update your address and mailing information by logging into your account at www.MyOwnRewards.com. Your username is your 16-digit card number (with no spaces or dashes), and your password is your last name in lowercase.

How do I earn points?

Each time you visit Thom's Four Wheel Drive & Auto Service, please be sure to provide your Royalty Rewards® Membership Card, or Smartphone App to your server when paying for your bill. You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent—and some promotional purchases may earn more.

When will I earn an Award? How can I redeem it?

For every 625 points you accumulate, you will automatically receive a $20 Award Certificate in the mail within a few weeks. Once you receive this, you can use the $20 Award Certificate during your next visit to Thom's Four Wheel Drive & Auto Service.
