Great and friendly service! They offer detailed diagnostics and also organize it in terms of priority, which makes it easy to know what jobs your car absolutely needs. I would just recommend asking other shops for estimates before telling them to start working on your car :) Update: Although their service consisted of great customer service I will not be returning. I took my car for a second opinion at Jiffy Lube. According to Thom's Four Wheel Drive, I needed to get my front and rear suspension. After taking it to Jiffy Lube for an alignment (as they did not include this when they changed my tires and balanced them) they told me nothing was wrong, so they proceded with the alignment. Jiffy Lube told me that my wheels needed to get balanced, which I got charged for at Thom's Four Wheel Drive!!!! As I said before, I would recommend taking your car to different shops to double check if your car really needs that work done (+ prices may be more affordable).
