My rear windshield wiper & arm were physically "ripped off" by a crazy mad stranger. Thom's ordered replacements & installed them the very same day. Once again, I drove home from Thom's, smiling and feeling safe!! (They were also great partners when my catalytic converter was stolen & my insurance was problematic.) I Highly Recommend Thom's!!!!!!

I have had a couple of great experiences at Thom's. They are thorough but also aren't the kind of shop to go poking around for a bunch of small issues tljust to get the bill up. They are a great shop and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Thank you David for bringing to us your Jeep Wrangler to rectify a few issues, where we reseated the springs and repositioned the axle, and had the brakes adjusted. You are an awesome customer and we appreciate you.

Diagnosed and fixed a problem in 2 days that 2 other mechanics either could not fix, or said would take 4-5 days. Very professional and friendly front office staff.
