Need tire repair and it was early and I was late already for work. These guys were so calm and eventhough when I dropped my car of before the mechanics got there as soon as they were in my car was done in minutes and I was off making money. Awesome guys!!!!!

Thom , Greg & co offer guidance in maintaining and getting the most out of your vehicle. Individual service plans can be formulated for your pocketbook with work needed to be done laid out in a timely manner. Pushed repairs? Not at Thom's. Honest and dependable assessment and work done here.

Stay away from Thoms 4-wheel auto service. They are dishonest, unethical rip off artist. I caught them trying to rip me off last time in for an oil change for my Jeep. They always do a full inspection. Last time in they told me it was critical that I have the front and back differential fluid changed. However, I just had them do this 6 mo ago. When I told them this they looked up my accounts and said oh ok well you are good then. I was like wait how can you tell me something is critical to have done then tell me its ok? He wasn’t able to answer and just asked if I wanted any other service done today? They also quoted me $380 to change my battery. I went to Auto Zone and had it done for $280. Stay away, they assume you don’t know anything about your car and will tell you you need work done that you don’t need. I will not be back. ** Per TAS reply. They showed me a picture and told me my differential fluid was bad and needed replaced. Plus, they left oil all over the cover to make it look like it is leaking. They knew what they were doing which was trying to run a scam.

I have been a customer since 1988 and have never had a bad experience. They are very honest and reliable.

There is no substitute for experience and wisdom. There is an older gentleman who I speak with who is knowledgeable and helpful and really makes you feel secure in their knowledge. I just called and asked for him. Younger sounding guy answers. “He does not work today.” I asked directly several times when he will be in. Never answered my questions. The entire conversation is about how the issue wasn’t their fault. I never said it was. The kid is typical of today. No manners. No courtesy. Surly. During the entire conversation did he try to problem solve or offer suggestions or even drum up business. Not at all. I have no confidence in Thom’s anymore.

I have an older Jeep Wrangler in need of fuel delivery repairs. Thom's scheduled a time and I had the Jeep towed over. I had an idea what was needed but was unable to do the repairs myself so Greg at Thom's got the issue confirmed and ordered the necessary parts to get the job done. As it's an older vehicle (hobby car actually) it took a while to get all of the parts to finish the job but the Wrangler is now back on the road!

I found Thom's Four Wheel Drive and Auto Service to be honest and efficient . The owner quoted a price that was reasonable , and did the work professionally ,having the personnel to effectively accomplish this task . The job was finished in a timely manner and when it was over, my heating/ defrosting worries were gone . The employees are genuinely friendly , knowledgeable , and customer orientated . I will use Thom's Four Wheel and Auto repair service for my auto needs from now on . He is truly the answer to the question , " where do I take my vehicle to be repaired". Thank you guys !
