Thom's Four Wheel Drive

Always professional and honest, Thom's provides excellent work quality. The shop is clean and organized. I took my car in for a 'check up' this week and to see why the back end was squeaking. Analysis was done, work recommended to be completed asap, while other work can wait a few months. I appreciate that they don't do the hard sell of pressuring me to get over $3k of work done immediately. I've been going to them for years, always reliable, honest, good hardworking people and I respect their knowledge and training. Highly recommended!

I have been receiving Thom's auto help, wisdom and kindness for... wow... more than 30 years. >He dealt with my snarly insurance when my catalytic converter was stolen. >He has come to my garage to help with a flat tire. >Yesterday I went in for an oil change and found out my muffler had a huge dangerous hole in it. Very good at communicating and honest

Although I believe they could bargain their pricing together to give people deals these people will definitely give your vehicle the care it deserves. For never had set eyes on my vehicle they were able to diagnose most of the problems I was having including tightening a major component that was loose. Thinking about how the pricing is figured it drives me crazy. Paying the price is our problem not Thoms. Their problem is fixing your car and they will do a great job. No guess work. No paying for work twice because it was done poorly the first time. This is the place if you can afford it.

No problems and done quickly

Yesterday after visiting my daughter in Chicago, nervously driving Chicago traffic, leaving for my long trip home and noticed my tire low light was on. My tire looked very low! I stopped at a gas station and tried to put air in my low tire and was unsuccessful-not sure why. I was close to Four Thom’s and found Greg working. He was so kind and reassuring! He immediately made sure all my tires were at the right pressure and sent me on my way- no charge! Thanks Greg!
