Great experience from start to finish. Quickly diagnosed problem with older Series type Land Rover. Found parts and made repairs, getting me back on the road much sooner than I could have anticipated. Nice folks, exceptional service, very knowledgeable manager and mechanics. Honest assesssments and reasonable rates. Great communication at every step.

As always service from everyone was impeccable. I always am confident that my ten year old car is carefully inspected for current and upcoming needs, without unnecessary work occurring sooner than required. Satisfaction is important to this business. Follow up calls happen regularly to make sure that my vehicle is performing its job well. I've been bringing our 20+ year old Jeep Grand Cherokee to Thom's for well over a decade and they've never disappointed. I know I'm going to get an expert evaluation of my car, efficient and top-notch service and a smile to go along with it. As your car gets older, it develops some odd problems and Thom's is just the place with the experience to know what's wrong and how to fix it. Hours are good, location near the expressways and Blue Line.
