As always, my jeep was handled professionally and I was afforded great service. My jeep is a 1995 Cherokee with 246,000 miles on it., but it is my baby and they treated it with great care.

I am very glad to have found Thom's. I feel like we are getting real expertise. Greg has been great about letting me know what's going on with the car. The price is fair and a good value for the work done. I also like the little extras: Washing the car was a nice surprise, and the garage itself is neat and clean, and taking the car to the emissions facility for me was above and beyond what I'd expect from a garage. After we get the issue with this car figured out, I'm pretty certain I'll always bring my cars back to Thom's.

Everyone was INCREDIBLY friendly which is not the case in many other places. The facility was spotless - very clean. The employees were very knowledgeable and thorough. Would HIGHLY recommend. Jennifer in particular was warm, friendly and a pleasure to speak with. You can count on my continued patronage!

Greg explained everything they were going to do. He called to go over options and update w/ ETAs. Once I got my Jeep back and looked it over, all the work was done professionally with attention to detail. Oh, and they keep their shop CLEAN!
