Staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and delivered as promised. Shop was clean and well maintained. Car wash was a plus! Job well done.

I came across Thom's about a decade ago when my modified Jeep Wrangler was refused service at another shop because it had custom suspension. I've never looked back! Thom, Greg and Jennifer have taken excellent care of me and my vehicles ever since. And not just 4-wheel trucks, either. In my 10 years with Thom's, I've brought all my cars large and small (even an old motorhome). They're caring, they're honest, they do excellent work--they even know the nicknames of our cars. I'll be taking my vehicles there as long as I own them and recommend them to everyone I know!

Personable, solid communication. Knowledgeable. Listened to me and made sure I was comfortable with the recommendations. Did not push unwanted service on me. I did want to reach back out to Greg and ask him about what the diagnostics said was going on with the 91 Cherokee. I expected that the culprit was the distributor and wires, but was interested in hearing what the codes were saying was happening as a result.

Greg, Jennifer and Thom are consistently customer-friendly and committed to providing a great service experience. Greg puts his heart and skillset when taking care of my car, and treats it as his own. This is why I feel good and trusting when he services my car. I greatly thank Greg for his excellence and honesty. He is the auto doctor who I trust for my car's well-being.

The people at this shop are super friendly and do great work. They are very thorough and will tell you straight up what needs to be done and what should probably be done. You can find cheaper places out there, but if you depend on your truck like I do, there is not anywhere else I trust to take mine.

Their service and personality has kept me coming back for more than 8 years.
