Excellent service and competent and knowledgeable staff. I have been a customer for nearly twenty years and that speaks for itself.

As usual, service was excellent. The mechanics found a needed repair that was not visible initially, but was important to both preserve my elderly car's longevity and also ensure safety on the road. These folks are masters at putting one's vehicle "on the road again."

Recently had my 2009 F250 4x4 serviced at Thom's Auto. Greg and his staff were great! He kept me informed (by calling and texting) of the repairs that were needed, the estimated cost, and the length of time to complete it. He kept me well informed, came in under the estimated price, and the truck was ready when he said it would be. I will definitely go back for any future service and highly recommend Thom's to anyone who's looking for a honest and trustworthy mechanic.

I’ve been taking my 1998 Cherokee XJ to Thoms for a long time. The reason is they do superb work and they are honest. What else do you want??? Number 1 shop in my books.

Very arrogant owner says that they'll look at it as soon as one of the guys finishes , 3 hrs later told us come back next week !

This was a minor matter, but an important one. Our windshield wipe blades flew off and, for several days, a combination of rain and snow prevented us from driving at all. A window of opportunity occurred, and we dashed up to Thom's Auto Service. We hadn't had time to schedule an appointment, but when we appeared, Thom's quickly assessed the situation and, in a matter of minutes, we were out the door with new windshield wiper blades. That is the kind of thing Thom's does, and it is quite wonderful. On another occasion, over a holiday weekend, our car had to stay in the shop overnight, so Thom loaned me his car for the weekend.

Tom is honest and tells you what the problems are with your vehicle so you can understand it. He takes the time and makes sure you are safe and that your vehicle is safe before it leaves his shop! He also has a tremendous group of people working with him that adds to the family like atmosphere that you get there. Whether it be Greg or Jennifer, your concerns are understood and passed on to those working on your vehicle and you know they'll be taken care of. I won't take my jeep anywhere else. They do what they say and they stand behind their work. What more could you ask for?
