Thom's Four Wheel Drive

When I relocated to Chicago, Thom's Four Wheel Drive was recommended to me. That was over 8yrs ago & I still use Thom's for all. of my auto repair & maintenance needs! If you're looking for an auto shop that you can trust & know you're not being overcharged, one with integrity & one that performs the best work, please give Thom's a call! Their customer service is UNBEATABLE. Though my car is a 2007, because of the service I receive at Thom's, I know my car will last a lot longer & without major problems! Everyone has busy schedules & it's nice to know that Thom's will let you know when it's time for your specific car maintenance. I know once you try Thom's, you'll never need to go elsewhere!!

Thom has worked on my families cars FOR DECADES!!! since he was on....Western i believe? My mom thought the sun rose on Thom lol....and he always treated her wonderful n NEVER gouged or overcharged her!! Keep up the good work Thom! Abd hope u still have the great danes!! Vicki Maloney

Took car into Thoms yesterday for regular servicing and inspection with complete trust that Thoms would keep my car running well by providing needed maintenance and, most importantly, only needed maintenance.

Clean looking place with minimal concern for their customers. Called previous day and explained that I needed to have vehicle looked at and I could not leave it. She said, "no problem, if your here at 8am we'll have a mechanic unsorted it" I arrived @7:50am, THE slightly arrogant receptionist guy says that they'll look at it as soon as one of the guys finishes. 4 hours later it's 12pm and they still had not looked at my vehicle. Waisted over 4hour of my day in the waiting room. They had No remorse what so ever. If that's the way they treat their customers, I would hate to see how they would neglect our vehicles. DO NOT RECOMMEND. WILL NEVER GO There AGAIN.

The valve on my tire broke yesterday and I needed it replaced before all the air leaked out. I walked into Thom’s This morning and they went out of their way to fit me in (unscheduled) and get the work done today. They also checked the other tires and found another leaking seal. Friendly and efficient - this is my new mechanic in Chicago !
