I have owned 2 jeeps and the ONLY PLACE I will take them for inspection/repair/tuneup/random questions is THOM'S 4 Wheel Drive. The expertise is better than any message board or regular auto repair shop. The only thing that out weighs the expertise is the HONESTY. The thoroughness and in depth explanation of what may be needed for my vehicle keeps me coming back to learn and knowing that nothing is being hidden from me. I really appreciate how repairs are listed in order SAFETY first then maintenance. I love this place. I highly recommend it!

Thom's Four Wheel Drive was great! They helped me understand the problem with my truck and then gave me their best references to shops that could fix the problem without charging me anything. **Since they were not licensed to work on the frame of the vehicle, they couldn't fix it themselves. I worked with Greg and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I would 100% go back.

My oil change appointment was promptly accommodated despite being a little late when I made it to the shop that Friday morning. I was also grateful that they were able to check me out that same evening as I was stuck in a "Cubs game" traffic to pick up my car. It is always a pleasure dealing with Jennifer and Greg. And I like the courtesy call to check if all is well after each and every appointment.

I moved here recently from the east coast and had been burned before at the Volvo dealership. I was treated with such care, kindness and concern and my car has never driven so well. Although the entire team is amazing, Greg was my contCt. I was so impressed with his professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely be back for years to come.
