Always professional and honest, Thom's provides excellent work quality. I called yesterday morning after arriving to work, my battery seemingly died on the drive. I called Thom's, Greg quickly diagnosed the problem as alternator malfunction, and advised having it towed to the shop. They have towing companies they work with. He got them on the phone, and within an hour my car was picked up and taken to the shop. Once the car was at the shop, Greg called and said it was the alternator, they could order one and have it by the end of the day. However, didn't have time to repair (it was nearly 4 by then). He would call me when it was ready. The next day by 9 am, Greg called and said the car was ready! It was cleaned and washed when I picked it up and purred like a kitten! I've been going to them for years, always reliable, honest, good hardworking people and I respect their knowledge and training. Highly recommended!
