Thom's Four Wheel Drive

just had to post..Ima buyer not a builder, and Thoms over the years 3 of my Jeep Cherokee XJ's running. currently I have 2 2001's that Thoms has cared for. As I watch social media and all the Jeep pages and videos, I am always amazed at how well my XJ's are running. Ya we have had our problems, but Thoms diagnostic skills are awesome and I have spent way more time on the road than in the shop with these old buckets. You want a service dealer that has been there done that with Jeeps..Thoms 4 wheel is the place.

Thom and Greg (and all the guys) are awesome! They were thorough and explained everything in detail. Took very good care of my 4runner and even stayed late to get the work done the same day!! Highly recommend them!!!! This was my first time using their services and definitely won't be the last. Also, especially during this shelter in place, the guys were very mindful of following social distancing and took precautions to ensure customer safety.

Happy to have a mechanic I can trust! Took my 2001 Jeep Cherokee here for an un-diagnosed MPG and noise issue that had stumped a different mechanic. With a brief description of the issue they had a guess at what the issue was and were correct: Camshaft position sensor and actuator assembly. Problem was fixed quickly, and my Jeep's performance is back to normal. They also noticed another issue that a previous mechanic had brought up (ball joint) and I was confident in the work I'd get done here at this point. After all this they kindly humored me when I had a noise issue after getting my Jeep back (that I INCORRECTLY thought might be related to the work they had done). It was just a loose fan from shoddy work at a previous mechanic. The clips were replaced in 5 minutes and I was on my way. All work done with confidence and professionalism, as I stood there embarrassed at my oversight of an easy issue. I drive from the NW Suburbs to bring my Jeep to Thom's and I will continue to do so!

Quick, accurate, and reporting of my wheel bearing failure. Very professional inspection and report of options and costs. Then friendly service and quality completed work.

Super friendly staff, quality work. They even sent me a thank you card in the mail after I had some work done on my car! No reason I'll take my car anywhere else from now on.

Thom’s Auto repair shop staff is very knowledgeable about vehicles and snowplows. The work they performed on my plow truck was done very well. Their prices are reasonable and they’re pretty friendly. I definitely will be back for more service. I highly recommend them!!!
