Great service - Greg was very professional and friendly. Things I especially appreciated about their service: 1. Detailed inspection with PDF report even though I came in to get one specific thing repaired 2. Highly transparent itemized receipt describing work done (I would have appreciated a PDF for this as well, but no matter) As an engineer, I put a lot of value in documentation - Thom's provides it
